1. The service
RITU provides cycle tracking, wellness insights, movement suggestions and an AI companion (Maya). It is a wellness tool, not a medical device.
2. Your account
- You must be 13 or older to use RITU.
- Keep your login credentials secret. You are responsible for activity on your account.
- Provide accurate information so insights stay useful.
3. Acceptable use
Don't misuse the service: no reverse engineering, scraping, automated abuse, or attempts to access other users' data.
4. Subscriptions
Premium features may be offered as paid subscriptions billed through Google Play / your app store. Cancel any time from your store account; refunds follow your store's policy.
5. Disclaimer
See our Health Disclaimer. RITU does not replace medical advice.
6. Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, RITU is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect damages arising from your use of the app.
7. Termination
You may delete your account anytime. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
